My workflow is based on heal/clone, dodge and burn, color and saturation corrections, so everything is done carefully by hand. I retain the skin texture and I have a natural approach in retouching the skin, hair, eyes, lips etc.

I'm able to maintain consistency throughout a batch of images.
I also do a lot of corporate retouching ( business head shots ).
