I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the seller to make minor corrections, and he says he is working on it but 24 hours later I get no template sent. I put 4 orders in for templates to be created in 3 days. I got them back over the deadline, and when I needed corrections made so that I can send it to my client for review the seller does not respond. I have sent numerous messages and he says yes he will get it to me but still nothing. I have an event in 1 day and I have advised the seller on this and yet he still did not have the respect and decency to take my matter serious. Leaving a negative review is not what I wanted to do. I am very easy going but this is unacceptable
